PAVE Capital is a real estate investment firm actively buying value-add properties. Complete renovations, combined with corrections to operational inefficiencies creates an opportunity for our network of investors to earn passive income on their capital. PAVE uses the strictest screening criteria to ensure we meet the highest underwriting standards. On average, for every 100 target opportunities, only 1 deal closes.

 

PAVE buys for cash flow and not on appreciation. We secure long term debt with sufficient cash reserves.  In PAVE’s model of investing in value -add buildings, we improve the interior and exterior, and create better operational systems. By combining all 3 factors in our model, the result is forced appreciation. This is the key to generating wealth.
